Sent to your watch

Your coach builds your week — and pushes it straight to your watch.

Other apps talk. TriHonu acts.

Generic AI apps suggest — then you retype it yourself.

Even the best coach can't be there for every decision in your day — and shouldn't spend their evenings retyping your week.

TriHonu acts across your whole training — plan, watch, nutrition, races — every single day.

How it works

1

Get to know your coach — and let your coach know you

Pick the personality you'd actually listen to, then talk. Your goals, your history, the weeks that are always busy. It asks, and it remembers.

2

Connect your device

Your activities, sleep, recovery and gear sync in on their own. Garmin to start — more brands coming.

3

Your coach builds your plan

Built around your races and your week — structured sessions written onto your watch, targets and all.

4

It adapts when life does

A work trip, a family week, a niggle that won't settle, a cold that flattens you. Tell your coach and the plan moves with you — or connect your calendar and it plans around what is already there, reading only when you are busy, never what you are doing.

See what your coach sees

Your whole season in one place — your readiness, the week ahead, and a coach that acts on both.

And it all comes back to you

Training you cannot see afterwards teaches you nothing. Every session, every symptom and every activity you have ever synced gets read back.

A verdict, not a tick

Finish a session and it tells you how it went — a score rather than a checkbox, your own word on how it felt, and what your coach made of it.

Your health, said back to you

Sleep debt, not just hours slept. A niggle it recognises because it has seen this one before. And what you told it, not only what your watch measured.

Nothing gets lost

Every activity you have ever synced stays searchable — so that hilly ride last September is a search rather than an afternoon of scrolling.

Much more than a training plan.

Ask it anything. It stays your coach — and it already knows your week.

It has range — and never forgets it's your coach

A cappuccino with a rosetta poured into the crema

As a tri coach, you must also be good at latte art, no? Any coaching on this as well?

Ha — a coach who can't pour a rosetta has no business talking about pacing discipline. Honest critique: good contrast, clean symmetry, and you finished with a proper pull-through, which is where most people botch it. Push the design lower and start the pour centre-far so it lands centred — same principle as swimming: set up early so you're not correcting late. Now go get the real fuel in before that 17:00 run.

Dan · blunt but warm mentor

It tracks your gear, and its wear

Wetsuit still fine for Sunday?

It's four seasons and 140 km of open water old. The seals are gone — that's why you're cold by 400 m, not your pacing. Replace it before the race, not after it.

Max · no-nonsense drill sergeant

A passing remark becomes a tracked niggle

Achilles was grumbling on the last kilometre.

Logged. That's the third mention this month, so it isn't nothing. Tomorrow's threshold run becomes a bike — same intensity, no load through the tendon. Still there on Friday and we drop the calf work too.

Val · relentless hard-charger

It goes as far as the supermarket aisle

What should I eat this week?

Tuesday and Thursday are your hard days, so carbs land the evening before, not after. I've planned the week and sorted the shopping list by aisle — produce, dairy, dry goods. One trip.

Ma Chérie · warm, doting companion

It plans race day, not just the session

How hard do I go on the bike?

Less hard than you want to. 0.68 IF, and hold it on the climbs too — this race is won or lost on the run. Eighty grams of carbs an hour from the gun, not from ninety minutes. Full pacing plan is on your race day.

Mira · calm sports scientist

It reads the label, does the maths — and catches what you didn't ask

Found this carb mix in the cupboard. Any good for the bike?

Per 42 g scoop: 40 g carbs, 160 kcal, ~0.40 g salt. Two scoops per 500 ml bottle = 80 g carbs — right in your 70–80 g/hr target. One bottle an hour, sip every 15 minutes. But the sodium is the catch: two scoops give ~320 mg/hr and on a hot ride you'll lose 500–800. This mix does not cover your salt, and you cramp. Keep the salt caps on top, one an hour. Want me to save it as your long-ride recipe?

Sage · calm sports scientist

Most of this works on every plan. Race-day execution and the food planning sit higher up — the cards below say exactly what each plan includes.

“I've followed every training-plan template going, and I paid for personal coaches. None of them ever really had a chance to adapt to what my week was actually doing — the work trip, the week everyone's ill, the niggle that won't settle. Nobody can be there for every decision in a day. So I built the part that does the work, so the coaching could be about the judgment.”

Same tools and the same data behind every one of them — but not the same method. Each brings a different school of thought, so they genuinely disagree about what your week should look like. Pick the one you would actually listen to.

On the 1st, your coach writes the month you just had

Not a summary of your numbers. An account of what actually happened — the races, the lessons, the niggle that finally went — written to you, in your coach's voice. It arrives on its own, and a season reads back as one document you can print.

July★ Best 20 min

July was the month the swim stopped being the thing you dreaded. Three weeks of Tuesday mornings you did not skip, and by Lanzarote you were out of the water inside the plan for the first time this year. You wrote after the 3 km: “felt like I had gears.”

It cannot make things up

What goes in is chosen by rules, not by asking a model what mattered — your coach only does the writing. Every entry is built from what is already in your account, and your own words are quoted exactly or left out.

It notices what you would forget

A personal best arrives with the number it beat, so it means something. And the month is measured against the same month in earlier years — only ones complete enough to be a fair comparison, because a month you barely logged is a gap, not a smaller month.

A quiet month says so

Two honest sentences, no padding and no invented reason for the quiet, so a printed season has no gaps. And if a fact is wrong you never edit it yourself — you tell your coach, who amends the entry and shows that they did.

Coaching that grows with you

Three levels, and every one of them acts on your training rather than just talking about it. Every sport you train is covered from the start; what grows is how far ahead it plans and how much it takes off your hands.

What you'll need

Nothing exotic. Worth knowing before you start, rather than after.

A Garmin watch and a Garmin Connect account

Your activities, sleep, HRV and gear sync in on their own. Garmin today — more brands are on the way.

Your thresholds, or a decent guess

FTP, swim pace, run threshold. A rough number is fine to start — your coach sharpens it as it sees you train.

Any current browser, phone or laptop

No app store. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.

A switch you turn on for watch delivery

Writing sessions to your watch is off until you enable it — your coach never touches your watch without permission.

Questions

Which watches work?

Garmin today, via a secure sync. More brands are on the way.

What does “it acts” mean?

The coach doesn't just advise — it builds structured workouts onto your watch, adjusts your plan, and runs your briefings and reviews. You stay in control, with one-tap undo.

Is my data safe?

Your training data is yours — private by default. Export all of it whenever you like, and delete it, or your whole account, yourself from Profile → Your data. No email to us, no waiting.

When do I get in?

We're onboarding invited athletes in waves during beta. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out.

What if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted. Your training, your history and your watch sync all keep working — the coach rests, and picks up where you left off whenever you come back. And once you have paid for three months, editing your own calendar stays yours for good, subscription or not.
